15 ( +1 | -1 ) Kasparov My Great predecessors part 2Which world champions feature in volume two of this series? Do people find it better than the first? When are the next two comming out?

32 ( +1 | -1 ) Vol 2Has Max Euwe, Mikhail Botvinnik, Vasily Smyslov and Mikhail Tal.
It's fascinating, just like the first book. It's interesting to see styles changing as you work through it, and the new "in vogue" openings that start to crop up.
Haven't a clue when the next ones are due, though. I shall get a copy when they do appear.

41 ( +1 | -1 ) Next volumesI heard that the third volume will apear in spring (in Russian) and the fourth in autumn. Thought, I'm not shure and I don't know when the English versions are comming out.
But the second volume is really great, but that is my subjective understanding - for me as I am Latvian, it was really interesting to hear what Garry Kimovich has to say about Tal. But of course Kasparovs thoughts on Botvinnik are quite interesting too, no to mention the games... Oh, the games... :)
